Where will IoT Take You?
Join companies like Cox Communications, Comcast, and Google to unlock powerful insights through digital transformation.
Leverege is seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager who wants to utilize their cross-functional skills to help bring innovative Internet of Things (IoT) projects from concept to pilot to large-scale enterprise deployment.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading groundbreaking IoT projects for high profile technology and enterprise clients such as Google, Amazon, Toyota, and Cox Communications. You will provide organizational leadership to a cross-functional team of product designers, junior project managers, and software engineers and ensure that project deliverables are provided on-time, within budget, and exceed client expectations whenever possible.
As a Senior PM Lead, you are the swiss-army knife of the team and will be empowered to make critical product and business decisions; acting in many roles including client relationship building, internal coordination, requirements gathering, product management, costing, and occasional travel to a client site to assist with operational support and deployment.
Internally, you are a force multiplier who is responsible for empowering every team member to do their best work. Externally, you own the client and partner relationships and are responsible for ultimate project success. The nature of this role means that you’ll gain exposure to many domains, growing your existing foundation of knowledge and skills for multiple career trajectories within Leverege and beyond.
Leverege has an award-winning culture and works with many high profile commercial companies deploying some of the largest IoT solutions in the world. We are seeking smart, curious, and driven individuals who can learn extremely quickly, take deep ownership of projects, and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure project success.
*What Will the First Few Months Be Like?*
You will immediately join one or more of our mature projects to handle all internal coordination and external client communication. You’ll build credibility, earn client trust, and help set an example for our other junior project managers, product designers, and software engineers.
As you get up to speed, you will become the lead for new high potential projects, and potentially take on a lead role in multiple projects at once while overseeing and providing guidance on the execution of projects being run by other members of the project management team.
You will manage project resources, be responsible for financials, and adhere to internal and external guidelines throughout the full project development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time delivery within scope and budget.
You will be a leader internally on the project management team and play a large role in contributing to process improvement initiatives around product quality, cost estimation, and project delivery.
