McKay is obsessed with learning, frequently lending himself to new, ambitious challenges. He derives excitement in finding ways to automate & develop efficiency in existing processes. Prior to Leverege, McKay helped found his own non-profit, focused on providing essential items to children in the Los Angeles area. His values are manifested in the form of both creative & analytical endeavors, always making time to learn a new skill, instrument, or software framework.
