Technical Product Delivery Manager

Remote
Full-Time

Job Description

Leverege is a dynamic and innovative software company at the forefront of the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI/ML space. We apply computer vision to numerous verticals, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, and more.

As a Product Delivery Manager at Leverege, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful pilot deployments and scaling our products like PitCrew and ExpressLane with enterprise customers. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product management, and account management to lead pilots, execute customizations, and drive long-term value.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, product insight, operational excellence, and hands-on building. As the connective tissue between customer needs and Leverege's technical capabilities, you’ll be empowered to make critical product and business decisions, managing key deliverables from pilot through post-deployment success, and enabling scalable, repeatable growth.

As a forward-deployed team member of Leverege, you’re committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You bring the product, technical, and business know-how our customers need to successfully navigate the pilot phase and beyond. Internally, you empower teams by sharing valuable context you get only by working closely with customers, offering insights that help shape better products and solutions. You’ll also roll up your sleeves, using our latest tools to configure the product and build automation that sets us up to scale.

If you're excited about solving real-world problems and collaborating with a world-class team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Pilot Customer Management

  • Join the customer journey from day one, laying the foundation for a successful pilot and beyond.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and their goals to create an impactful pilot experience.
  • Lead weekly check-ins with customers during pilot to share updates, insights, and next steps.
  • Provide hands-on product and technical expertise to help customers hit the ground running.
  • Build strong customer relationships and work closely with the Account Manager to convert pilot customers into paying ones.

Post-Pilot Customer Engagement

  • Maintain regular cadence with customers post-pilot to gather feedback and align on long-term goals.
  • Share relevant product updates and capabilities to promote deeper adoption.
  • Listen to customer ideas and requests, while clearly communicating what’s backlogged or on the roadmap.

Internal Insight Sharing

  • Relay customer feedback and friction points to internal teams, providing clear context to inform roadmap, prioritization, and process improvements.

Customizations & Integrations

  • Lead the scoping and delivery of customizations and integrations for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with tech leads, engineers, product managers, and designers to implement key deliverables.
  • Define and communicate clear expectations both internally and with customers around feature delivery and next steps.
  • Conduct QA and coordinate releases of custom work.

Installations & Rollouts

  • Coordinate installation logistics and rollout timelines with new customers.
  • Execute hardware installation plans, including pre-install checklists for bandwidth, camera specifications, and network compliance.
  • Collaborate with customer IT and Leverege DevOps to ensure security requirements are met for new rollouts.

Pilot Setup & Configuration

  • Coordinate system and infrastructure setup for new customers.
  • Configure the product features for new customer environments and introduce them to key capabilities.

Production Support

  • Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for tier 1 support to triage and resolve issues.
  • Perform tier 2 support when escalated.

Scalability & Repeatability

  • Drive the standardization and automation of onboarding, setup, and configuration processes.
  • Utilize internal tools to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad set of technologies, with emphasis on cloud software, data integrations, and analytics.
  • Desire to be hands-on with technology to solve challenging problems.
  • Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sharp at problem-solving, critical thinking, user experience, and systems thinking.
  • Knows how to use data to support intuition and drive decisions.
  • An obsession with product quality with an eye for design.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with an ownership mentality and an eye toward repeatability and process improvement.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, particularly in computer vision.
  • Experience working directly in a fact-paced startup environment.

Note: Research says men tend to apply even if they only meet ~60% of the job qualifications, whereas women and other marginalized groups are hesitant to do so. If you don’t match 100% of the job qualifications but think you’d be a great fit, we encourage you to apply
